Interface DiagnoseInput

The slice of an instance + its WorkflowEvaluation the classifier reads. Narrowed so callers (and tests) can craft an exact stuck permutation without standing up a full evaluation; diagnoseInputFromEvaluation builds it from a real WorkflowEvaluation.
