Re-evaluate a condition with one scope value replaced, such as $fields.approved set to true. The original params are unchanged. Assignment follows withAssignment: missing containers are created, and negative indices count from the end of an existing array.

Throws
If an index exceeds MAX_COUNTERFACTUAL_INDEX, or a negative index resolves before the start of its array.
