The default Studio ResourceClientResolver: any fully-addressed
dataset: GDR resolves to the workspace client rebound to that
project/dataset; other schemes (media-library, canvas) return undefined,
letting the engine route them — a sibling client derived from the engine
client's own credentials for foreign resources, its own client for the
workflow resource. A custom resolver can delegate to this for the dataset
arm and handle other schemes itself.
